The hotel was in a perfect location, on promenade next to sea. They had hamburgers, pizza, fruit, salads, and crisps available in the pool bar.

Pleasant and clean place with pleasant staff at check-out. Incredible and good location next door to El Veril. Nice restaurant, with hot and tasty food.

Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an energetic beach. Freshly decorated and new-fashioned rooms with arcade style games and TVs. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was pleasant!

The rooms were well-appointed and complete with airco, a TV and the balcony facing the entertainment stage. Besides, the location was incredible for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Yumbo Centrum.

My must haves' are a bright, newly decorated room with a TV, airco plus seaview.

We would return there and would recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are well-appointed. The positives include perfect and fantastic location and parking on site. The property is 15 mins walk to downtown. A very clean restaurant for Christmas dinner is available.

It has magnificent and lovely location, a coach station was close to the place. The hotel is close to restaurants and bars. The units were nicely furnished and brand-new for hobbies birthday lovely touch.

It was clean with brilliant customer service. The location was brilliant, close to some of the amazing attractions Playa del Ingles has to offer. And I was close to pubs and bars.

The location was lovely and fantastic for me as it was near the beach, promenade, shops and bus station as well as taxis and bus station. The staff were very amiable, you should know it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. the location was perfect, just off the beach and in a great area with easy access to the bus station. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a balcony offering a great view of the coast. The hotel also provided basic amenities and super cheap towels, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of choices.

All in all, everything was ok.

it was all inclusive it was all good we had a handicapped room with shower it was all good the location the staff was helpful and also the maids were friendly we could still tell a lot we could just say it was great we come back again and again
